Thank you for shopping with Empire Fit. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process and delivery timeframes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will do our best to notify you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times are as follows:

Queensland

Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

New South Wales / Victoria

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

South Australia / Tasmania

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Western Australia / Northern Territory

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order, including:

  • Australia Post

  • Other courier services where applicable

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Empire Fit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you realise an address error, please contact us immediately at support@empirefit.com.au. While we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@empirefit.com.au with your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Empire Fit currently ships internationally to New Zealand only.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and the shipping carrier.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on New Zealand regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
