At Empire Fit, we want you to feel confident in what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • have all original tags attached

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at support@empirefit.com.au.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Empire Fit is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if:

  • your item is damaged

  • your item is faulty

  • you received the wrong item

Email us at support@empirefit.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable, so we can assess the problem and amend it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards

  • final sale or clearance items

  • custom, personalised, or made-to-order products

  • any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@empirefit.com.au. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for an exchange.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@empirefit.com.au.
